First of all, thank you for checking out my site!!! I am taking part in the Avon 3-Day Walk for breast cancer. This is no simple thing. It is 60 miles, from Fitchburg to Boston, in 3 days! I don't know about you, but I don't usually walk 20 miles a day!!! But because I feel so strongly about the cause, I am determined to get myself in shape and in the right mind set so that I can help do my part for all the women I know. Just the fact that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer is enough to make me want to do what I can. Think about how many women you know. Divide that by 8. See my point? Cancer is such a horrible disease, unfortunately I know because it has taken people close to me, and I am determined to do anything within my powers to help prevent it from affecting other people's lives as well.
